I would like to take this opportunity to formally address turn of events from last night where I was falsely accused in the presence of police, by a man and his wife (both unknown to me) of unprovoked aggression and harrassment in the form of bullying ; a complete stranger who nedlessly involved police at the local station and made threats ; forming an openion on my Menal Health that he is not qualified nor authorised to give.

In his own words, he said to me in front of police « …that if I come near him or his wife again he is going to put the police of the first district station right in the middle » which will destabilise the security of my current sleeping arrangements, while tying to sort out a divorce on self representation against my husband who is also residing in Paris (and on several occassions has made serious threats to my safety via a close connection of his from EUROPOL (Europe Police)). They have threatened to explode my tent during the night while I sleep in it, if I do not keep my mouth shut – such threats don’t bother me and have over time become a little comical.

My husband is a very jealous man, of English and Maltese origin and he is fully aware that over time, I have developed a trusted relationship with police from the 1st district (who were very proffessional and fair in dealing with the situation last night, as detailed in this communication) and this is because I respect the law; taking into consideration that the man (mentioned above), who was making such accusations had no evidence to support them, nor did I ever recall the event in which he described – which made no sence to me - the events of last night took place outside the 1st District Police Station on 23rd July, 2019, from aproiximately 9 :50pm till after dark.

Just to give you a little backgroud about me, I arrived in Paris on 2nd December, 2017, after the execution style murder of the late Daphne Caruana-Galizia, who was investigating my case against my husband collaborating with the Australian Federal Police/Interpol and EUROPOL  based on high end bribes to illegally incriminate and extradite me; the late Daphne Caruana-Galizia, a Maltese Investigative Reporter dubbed the most fearless was the only person that had the courage to expose them and the power to publicly demand police prosecution where the law applies (please refer to the ‘News Update Tab’ via https://trentestarehab.wix.com/championschoose); she was also investigating my husband’s links to a Lybian Malitia Leader, which as a result of her murder have remained unfounded.

My husband Mr Bradley Agius born 17/11/1989 (Maltese ID Card – 541489M), has also managed to make his way over to Paris, refusing to pay a cent of a spousal maintenance demand to continue my rent/accomodation until employment can be gained by me – in accordance to the Maltese Marriage Laws’ Section 72FLA. Despite my impressive work experience of 21 years, I have remained jobless simply because I can not pay taxes without an address and I intend to continue to respect the law regardless of financial poverty’ as to break the law, would without a doubt compromise my dual nationality ; and living in Paris has been my dream since childhood. As an alternative, I am pursuing a permit to sell jewllery that I handcraft using the core of wild olives for the purpose of generating an income, which will eventually support a roof over my head ; following that, I intend to place a new application with the International University of Paris to study BA in Psychology including The Masters (4 years in total), another goal of mine. In the meantime I am pursuing an application with the EU Human Rights Courts to address the alledged violations to my human rights.

Refering back to the incident from last night, in the spirit of resolving the matter, the police on scene had ordered all three of us to keep away from each other but this is going to be very tricky FOR ME because as the police know, I TALK TO EVERYONE ; and I don’t personally know anyone, it’s just a general greeting that I give as I pas people by with a happy smile (which I usually end it with, VIVE LA France – none of which are on my ‘facebook friends’ list).

Asserting myself, I openly explained to both the man (who was cutting over my voice) and the police on scene that I speak to over 100 people every day in exactly the same way while pushing my trolley around that holds my belongings and it’s going to be pretty difficult to recognise a lady wearing a scarf among a thousand others also wearing scarfs in Paris (to avoid her) ; a person that I have only been introduced to once by police outside the first district police station afterdark, however, it’s easier for the man and his wife in question to pick me in the crowd because of my large trolley with two French flags waving in the air expressing a very strong political openion (which is currently left behind, parked all day by the lamp-post where I pitch my tent, while I attend the George Pompidu Public Library to learn French on You Tube almost every day and is a relatively new arrangement I have with local police on the condition I take down the signage (pictured above) that displays in writing my political openion against France’s membership with the European Union, a system that I believe is doing the French Tax Payers a disservice) ; and to continue on, even my style of appearance stands out in a crowd when the trolley in not with me, people in recognition of my efforts often go out of their way to greet me.

After the man in question left with his wife, the police aproached the tent and politely explained that they will not be taking any action , which is a just decision and has earned my full respect because it’s fair ; I can honestly say that this time law enforcement has been fair to me.

This morning (25/07/2019), I was approached by a complete stranger (person x) who claimed to have befriended my husband, and added that the man who caused all that trouble last night, which both he (person x) and my husband witnessed together while sitting in a parked car in good view, is financially connected to both my husband and the EUROPOL officer in collabotation – however, I have no evidence to support this and therefore, I can not take any legal action on the matter.

The following afternoon, I entered the public library at the George Pompidu Centre and found both emails hacked into again (AnneLucyGelicrisio@tutanota.com and AnneGelicrisio@tutanota.com), forcing me to open a new one as gelicrisio@tutanota.com, email addreses that I was using to communicate with the European Courts of Human Rights in both Strazbourg and Brussels… and emails sent in my name that I did not authorise nor compile, effectively subjecting me relationship and communication fraud.

I want to firstly thank the local police for making every effort to resolve the matter on just terms taking no sides but the side of justice – a job well done – and also I want to thank the préfecture of police for answering to all my enquiries.

Status Disclaimer : There are NO CHANGES WHAT SO EVER TO MY MARITAL STATUS, Bradley obviously doesn't want a divorce but I CERTAINLY DO including compensation for five years of Violations to my Human Rights.
